All Piecemakers meetings are held on the third Wednesday of the month. The meeting is from 7:00 – 9:00 p.m., with a social time beginning at 6:30. During the summer months of June, July and August, there is sometimes a picnic or special event. There is no meeting in December.

The meetings are held at The Second Presbyterian Church, 2665 Midland Road, Saginaw, Michigan. Click on this map link for detailed directions.

Many members arrive at 6:30 to visit with friends and participate in various activities, i.e. block swaps, fat quarter swaps, registration for workshops, etc. Normal attendance at meetings is approximately 100 quilters, so there is a whirlwind of activity.

The first portion of our meetings begins with old and new business. Chairpersons from various committees make any necessary announcements.

The main speaker, trunk show or program for the evening lasts approximately an hour.

The meeting ends with Show and Tell by guild members.
